New Light: A Home for Everyone

New Light is located in the beautiful city of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. We love giving all praises and honor to our Lord and our Savior, Jesus Christ.  We are the church where love abides and friendship is a guest.

God has blessed us as a church family for many years and we believe that there is much more in store for us.  We hope that anyone who visits our church will sense that our people love one another and that we love our Lord.  We know that we have a friend in Jesus, who is faithful and just.  Most importantly, He is the giver of eternal life.  

The New Light family believes that we should always pray and be confident that God hears and answers our prayers.  We know that He alone is the source of our supply.  We also know to thank God for and in all things.  We read in 1st Corinthians 2:9,  “But it is written, eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love Him.”
